Recent offers (30 days by default, you can change it) based on your job titles, location, contracts and level. They come from job search engines and an AI search of employer pages. You always apply on the original site. The service covers every country ("Country" menu); how many offers are found automatically varies from one country to another.
No. It starts only from your resume. If a version proposed by the AI adds a fact that is not in your resume, it is rejected and your resume is used as it is. When the offer asks for something you do not have, PisteJob flags it instead of adding it.
