14-day money-back guarantee
If PisteJob is not for you, write to contact@pistejob.com within 14 days of your first payment: your first payment is refunded in full, with no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly and the quarterly plan.
After 14 days and renewals
- A period that has started (after the first 14 days, or after a renewal) is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
- A problem on our side is always refunded: for example a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in two clicks from the Subscription page ("Manage my subscription"). You are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
How refunds are paid
Our orders are sold by our online reseller Creem, the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Creem to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
