Terms of service and sale

1. Who we are
PisteJob (pistejob.com) is an online service run by PisteJob. Contact: contact@pistejob.com. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States).
2. The service
PisteJob helps with your job search: reading or building your CV, job titles and keywords, finding and scoring offers, a CV tailored to an offer, letters and messages, application tracking and interview preparation. Some features use artificial intelligence.
- You decide and you send. PisteJob never applies or sends a message on your behalf.
- Always read before sending. AI can make mistakes. PisteJob never knowingly adds information that is not in your CV, but you remain responsible for what you send.
- Job offers come from third parties (job boards, career pages). We do not guarantee that they are accurate or still open, nor any job or interview.
3. Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and give accurate information. Not allowed: automated or mass use of the service, getting around its limits, reselling the service or its content, and any illegal use. In case of abuse we may suspend the account after warning you, except in an emergency.
4. Subscription and prices
- Prices are shown on the site, in euros. Depending on your country, taxes (such as VAT) may be added: the total is shown before you pay.
- The subscription is paid in advance for the period you choose (one month or three months) and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects the payment, handles taxes, sends receipts and processes refunds. We never see your card details.
- Each plan includes usage limits (number of searches, AI analyses), shown in your account. They keep the service fast and its price low.
- If a price changes, you are told by e-mail at least 30 days before; the new price only applies at the next renewal, and you can cancel before.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, in two clicks, from the Subscription page ("Manage my subscription"). You are not charged again and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Deleting your account also stops the subscription.
6. Refunds

- 14-day money-back guarantee: within 14 days of your first payment, write to contact@pistejob.com and your first payment is refunded in full, no questions asked.
- After those 14 days, or for a renewal, the period already started is not refunded, unless the law requires it or the problem is on our side (for example a double charge, which is always refunded).
- Refunds go back to the payment method used, through Creem, usually within 5 to 10 days.
7. Your content
Your CV, your notes and the texts produced for you remain yours. You only allow us to use them to provide the service. Details are in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep PisteJob available and reliable, but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for employers' decisions or for the content of offers published by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; for any important change you are told by e-mail before it applies. These terms are governed by French law; as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of disagreement, write to us first at contact@pistejob.com: we always look for an amicable solution.
